We are a company-compliance and filing service in Kathmandu. We handle the paperwork a company owes the state, from registration to closure, so owners can get on with the business.
What we do
Company registration and every OCR filing after it; PAN, VAT, ward, SSF and EXIM registrations; industry and tourism licences and their renewals; trademarks; share transfers and other company changes; foreign investment approvals and NRB filings; and business agreements.
How we work
Fixed, published fees. Documents in the official formats, checked against each other before you sign. Filing online wherever the office allows it. A reminder before every date we know about.
What we do not do
We do not give tax or accounting advice and we do not audit. Our sister firm, Nexus Advisory Services, handles tax, accounts and bank loan files. Your audit is done by an independent auditor you appoint; we coordinate with them.
Legal documents
We are not a law firm. Agreements and other legal documents are drafted under the supervision of our retained, licensed advocate, who reviews them before you sign.
