Documents for a private company
12 documents- Citizenship certificate, front and back each shareholderनागरिकता प्रमाणपत्र, दुवैतर्फ
- National identity card (NID) each shareholderराष्ट्रिय परिचयपत्र
- PAN (personal) each shareholderव्यक्तिगत स्थायी लेखा नम्बर (प्यान)We can get one for anyone who does not have it yet.
- A witness for each founder: name, address and signatureप्रत्येक संस्थापकको साक्षीAny adult who is not a founder. They sign the documents we prepare.
- How the shares are split, and who will be the directorsशेयर बाँडफाँट र सञ्चालकA simple list is enough. We put it into OCR's format.
- What the company will do, in plain wordsकम्पनीको उद्देश्यWe turn it into objectives OCR accepts.
- Two or three company names, in English and Nepaliकम्पनीको नाम २ वा ३ वटाCheck them free on our name check page first.
- Email address and mobile number for the company's OCR accountइमेल र मोबाइल नम्बर
- The regulator's approval, if your business needs one before registrationआवश्यक भए सम्बन्धित निकायको स्वीकृतिOnly some licensed sectors. We tell you if yours is one.
- Rent agreement for the officeकार्यालयको घरभाडा सम्झौता
- Landlord's citizenship copy and land ownership certificate (lalpurja)घरधनीको नागरिकता र लालपुर्जा
- A simple location map of the officeकार्यालयको लोकेसन नक्साA hand sketch or a Google Maps pin is fine. IRD asks for it with the PAN.
Clear phone photos are fine to start; we tell you which papers need originals or certified copies. The MoA and Articles must be certified by a licensed lawyer or notary before filing, and we arrange it.
