How the estimate works
A private company must hold its AGM and file the annual return by Poush end, six months after the fiscal year ends. OCR fines a late return on the Section 81 scale, by paid-up capital: a stage fine for up to 3, 6 and 12 months late, then a fine for each further year. CAMIS gives the final figure after login and may charge the Section 51 and Section 80 returns separately, so treat this as an estimate.
