The fee we quote before we start is the fee you pay for that work. Government fees are shown on their own line, at the amount the office charges, with the receipt.

Every job gets a tracking code. Check the stage, and the documents still missing, any time.
What we cannot promise
- Approval itself. The office decides, and it may ask for more.
- The time an office takes, an office closure or system outage, or a change in the law or in government fees after we quote.
- Fines or penalties for filings that were already late before you came to us. We work them out with you before we file.
- Details you gave us that turn out to be wrong, such as a name spelt differently on a citizenship certificate. We help fix them, at the normal fee for the extra work.
