Privacy
How we use the details you send us.
What we collect
When you send a form or message us, we keep your name, phone number, email if you give it, and what you tell us about the job. The fine check and fee calculator run in your browser and send nothing unless you ask us to contact you.
Why
To answer you, prepare a quote and, if you hire us, do the work. We do not sell or share your details for marketing.
Where it is kept
In our office systems and the secure database behind this site, which is hosted by Cloudflare. Only our staff can see it.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics, and our own counter that records only the day, the page and where a visit came from, with no cookies, to see which pages help. Neither receives your form details.
Tracking your work
On the Track your work page you enter a job code and the last 4 digits of your phone. We show the stage and any balance, never your name or other details.
Your choices
Ask us at any time to show, correct or delete what we hold about you, by WhatsApp, phone or email at [email protected].
