Quotes
Our published fees are for the work described on each service page. We confirm the fee for your job in writing before we start. Government fees, fines, notary, translation and bank charges are extra and paid at actual.
Your documents
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you give us. We check them for consistency, but we file what you confirm.
Timelines
Times on this site are typical once we have a complete file. Government offices set their own pace and may ask for more.
What we are not
We are a company-compliance and filing service, not a law firm, and we do not give tax or accounting advice. Legal documents are drafted under the supervision of our retained, licensed advocate.
Liability
Our liability for any job is limited to the fee you paid us for it.
