What does Nexus Company Services do?

We prepare and file company paperwork in Nepal: registration, the yearly OCR filings, share transfers and other changes, trademarks, licences and renewals, foreign investment filings and business agreements.

Are your prices fixed?

Yes. Each job has a published fee, plus VAT. Government fees, fines, notary and bank charges are paid at actual, and we tell you the figure before we file.

Do you give tax or accounting advice?

No. Our sister firm, Nexus Advisory Services, handles tax, accounts and bank loan files. We do the company and licence paperwork.

Are you a law firm?

No. We are a company-compliance and filing service. Agreements and other legal documents are drafted under the supervision of our retained, licensed advocate.

Do I need to come to the office?

Rarely. Most work runs on WhatsApp and email. For company registration, one shareholder verifies identity at OCR once.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer or QR payment to the company account. Your written quote says what is due and when, including the government fee we pay on your behalf.
