Renew your NGO, and catch up missed yearsसंस्था नवीकरण
Every year an NGO renews at the District Administration Office with its audit report, general assembly minutes, ward recommendation and tax clearance. We prepare the pack, coordinate the independent auditor and file it. Missed years are renewed one by one.

What we do
- Checklist of what your DAO and ward ask for this year
- General assembly minutes: accounts approved, next auditor appointed
- Annual progress report in the DAO's format
- Ward recommendation
- Coordination with your independent auditor and tax clearance
- Filing at the DAO and the renewed certificate
What we need from you
- The signed audit report for the year
- Bank statements and the year's activity summary
- The original registration certificate
- Tax clearance for the NGO
- For SWC-affiliated NGOs: the Council's project approval or monitoring letter

Questions
We missed several years. Can we still renew?
Usually yes. Each missed year needs its own audit report and fee. We work out the full list and cost first.
Do you do the audit?
No. The audit is always done by an independent auditor. We coordinate with them and prepare everything else.
Does a not-for-profit company renew at the DAO?
No. A not-for-profit company holds an AGM and files with OCR instead. See the AGM and annual return service.
