Every private company holds its annual general meeting and files the annual return with OCR by Poush end. We prepare the minutes, notices and forms in date order and file them on CAMIS.

What happens if I miss Poush end?
OCR fines the late return on the Section 81 scale. Use the fine check to see an estimate, or ask us to clear past years.
We have one shareholder. Do we still hold an AGM?
A one-person company can use the shareholder's written decision instead of a meeting. The filing is the same.
Do you do the audit?
No. Nexus Company Services prepares and files company paperwork. Your independent auditor does the audit and we coordinate with them.
