What happens if a job stops.
Before we start
If you cancel before we have prepared any document, we refund our fee in full.
Part done
If you cancel part way, we charge for the work done and refund the rest. Government fees already paid to an office cannot be refunded by us.
If an office refuses
If a filing is refused because of something we got wrong, we fix and refile it at no charge.
