No. OCR stops another company using the same company name, but not a shop, firm or product using your brand. A trademark gives you that right.
How long is a trademark valid?
Seven years from registration, and then renewable. We note the date and remind you.
What if someone objects?
We reply to the objection and tell you the options before anything is filed.
